I love to freaking eat. I love food, I love flavor, I love cooking, and I love to eat. All the time. I'm the type of person who has to eat every two hours. And on top of that, I love comfort food. Not to say I don't crave and drool over salads and fancy dinners, but who doesn't obsess over the foods that give us that cozy warm feeling? And do I eat my feelings? You bet your sister Sally, I do! I know I'm not alone here. In a country full of over eaters and eat-your-feelings-ers, health issues are abundant. With life-long digestive problems and fear of what could happen to my body I have a strong interest in nutrition and I like to treat my body well. But sometimes what my body wants is overruled by what my brain wants, so that's when I decided to start making what my brain wants in a way that will leave my body feeling satisfied, rather than doubled over in pain.
It's okay to eat often, some say even preferable for your metabolism! And it's okay to eat the foods you love and super-easy to tweak them in a way to make your body thank you.
